El Pueblo Mexican Food Gives Back

El Pueblo Mexican Food, founded in 2010, has consistently supported and contributed to the community. We are excited to partner with you through our fundraiser program, offering a simple and delicious way to raise funds. We will donate 20% of net proceeds from your event to make a meaningful impact. To ensure everything runs smoothly, please submit your fundraiser application at least one month before your desired event date. We look forward to working together and supporting your cause!

Elgibility

• K-12 Schools
• Youth Based Charities & Outreach Programs
• Food & Agriculture-Based Programs
• Other 501(c)(3) organizations

We are unable to support the following types of organizations and causes:

• For-profit organizations or businesses
• Political or religious groups
• Individual causes
• Organizations that discriminate against a person or a group on the basis of gender, ethnicity, age, race, national origin, disability, political affiliation, sexual orientation or religious belief.

El Pueblo Mexican Food reserves the right to review the information submitted in this application to confirm your organization’s eligibility and tax-exempt status. Applications that do not align with our guidelines may be declined at any point. We also maintain the right to deny or cancel any fundraiser for any reason, at our sole discretion.

Fundraisers can be held Monday-Wednesday and must be requested at least 1 month in advance. Please request 3 days and we will confirm the best available date with you.

Once your application is approved, we will plan on seeing you on the selected date that we confirm with you.

El Pueblo Mexican Food will contribute 20% of net proceeds from all purchases made during the fundraiser (excluding tax and tips). Once the fundraiser is over, a check will be issued to your organization and mailed through USPS.

Please note that setting up tables, distributing materials, or handing out flyers inside or outside of El Pueblo Mexican Food is not allowed.
