Job Description:

Responsible for maintaining the bar’s cleanliness, restocking supplies, assisting bartenders, and ensuring a smooth operational flow to provide efficient and enjoyable customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Restock and replenish bar supplies, including glassware and ingredients
• Assist bartenders in preparing and serving drinks
• Collect and dispose of empty glasses and bottles efficiently
• Ensure the bar is well-equipped and ready for peak service hours
• Support bartenders with tasks to maintain smooth operational flow
• Contribute to creating a positive and enjoyable atmosphere for customers

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a barback or hospitality role is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Physical stamina to lift and carry supplies and stand for extended periods
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of bar equipment, glassware, and drink ingredients
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
