Use this form to ask us about the personal information we hold about you, request a copy, ask us to delete or correct it, or opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” under California law. You can also email hello@elpueblomex.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject line.

This form is open to anyone, regardless of where you live. California residents have specific rights under the CCPA/CPRA — see our California Consumer Privacy notice for details. We respond within 45 days (extendable by another 45 days if needed). We do not charge a fee for verifiable requests.

To verify your identity we may ask follow-up questions that match information we already have on file. Please do not include sensitive information (Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, payment-card data) in this form.

By submitting, you agree to our Privacy Policy and Terms. The information you provide here will be used only to verify and respond to your privacy request, and will be retained as required by applicable law.

How we handle your request

We acknowledge receipt within 10 business days and substantively respond within 45 days. If we need more time we will let you know and explain why; an extension may add up to another 45 days.

We verify your identity by matching information you provide here against information we already have on file (for example, an email address you used to contact us previously). For sensitive or high-risk requests, we may ask for additional verification.

Authorized agents may submit requests on a consumer's behalf. We will request written authorization signed by the consumer and may verify the consumer's identity directly.

We do not discriminate against consumers who exercise privacy rights. Submitting a request will not affect the price or quality of service you receive.

What we will and will not do

We will: confirm what categories of personal information we hold about you; provide a portable copy of your information where required by law; delete or correct information unless an exception applies (for example, we must keep certain records for tax or legal reasons); and honor opt-out requests for any "sale" or "sharing" as defined under California law.

We will not: charge a fee for verifiable consumer requests; require you to create an account to submit a request; sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising (we do not engage in this in any case).
